For all people who want to keep their spines in good shape, we have created the Healthy Spine classes. We will give you a gentle, balanced workout with a focus on stretching to improve the quality of your movements and keep your spine flexible and strong.
Classes are held in small groups, with relaxing music, using gymnastic props (elastic bands, foam rollers, Pilates balls, yoga props) and are run by experienced trainers.
Before the beginning of the classes we initially determine eligibility of students for classes by asking about their medical condition. This helps eliminate possible contraindications to specific exercises and schedule a tailor-made course of exercises.
The classes are dedicated to people of all ages, regardless of their gender and fitness level. They are for people with back problems as an additional to their physiotherapy and for pregnant woman or after pregnancy.
