If you would like to join our classes, please reserve your spot directly via our booking system. Just click on a class you would like to join, press continue and fill out your data.

Frequently Asked Questions
Wear loose clothing. For indoor classes, like Pilates, Body Ballet and PortDeBras, wear ballet shoes or socks. For outdoor classes, like bootcamp, make sure you have good sport shoes and a warm jacket for after the training.
For indoor classes, like Pilates, Body Ballet and PortDeBras, bring water, a large towel and, if you’d like, your personal mat. Don’t worry if you have none: we will provide you with one. It’s convenient if you wear socks or flexible ballet shoes.
For outdoor classes, like bootcamp, just bring water and make sure to wear good sport shoes.
No! All our classes are designed for both absolute beginners and people with more experience in fitness or in dance.
Then you will take some rest. Listen to your body.
For indoor classes, you can leave your belongings in our changing room or take your bag and put it on the side of the room. For outdoor classes, like bootcamp, the trainer can hold it for you (at your own risk!).
All depends on the health condition or injury you are struggling with. Low-impact classes like Healthy Spine or Pilates are advised for people after injuries as a additional to their recovery process, but always consult your doctor first what you are allowed to do. Also contact us to determine if the training you are interested in would be suitable for you.
Yes, some classes are very suitable for pregnancy as well as post pregnancy time. We invite you to check our Healthy Spine, Pilates and Yoga lessons.

Yes. Let the teacher know if you are planning to join. And please do show up in that case. Classes have limited spaces and sometimes overbook. If you did reserve, but don’t come, another person could fill your place.
You certainly can! That is why we use Punch Cards and even have a special monthly subscription!
