Blast Your Arms and Shape Your Abs during one Workout
Arms & Abs blast workout is a fast-paced workout to tone and strengthen your biceps, triceps shoulders and core.
During this training we will be using body weight as well as training gear as dumbells, kettlebells, TRX, dynabands etc.
Each workout we will target many different muscle groups giving you the optimal results of a lean, toned and strong body.
You should expect a lot of fun and creative exercises, nice international group and enthusiastic trainer that will boost your motivation level up to the roof.
- For all the brave people regardless of age, gender, figure and skills.

We don’t recommend Arms & Abs blast training to:
- Pregnant woman.
- Woman just after labor (not sooner than 2 months after childbirth).
- People after surgery or injuries (not sooner than 1 month after full recovery)
