I’ve joined for Pilates and PortdeBras every week since last September and sometimes for Body Ballet. It is a lot of hard work but also a lot of fun. Natalia cares about us and is super friendly! Can’t wait for the bootcamp season to start so I can start to sweet outdoor!

We have low, medium and intensive concepts. And even if you’re doing a low impact, we always can make it high for you by adding difficulty levels.
Cheap try-out
Of course you want to figure out if Curly Moves is for you. Therefore you can test us for only 7 euro’s. We allow up to two classes to be testen. After that we ask you kndly to buy a punch card.
Friendly Staff
For us, the personal approach is very important. At Curly Moves nobody is a number. We strive to know each members sports background and wishes.
Virtual Curly Moves
For some of our classes, like PortDeBras, we provide a video of the choregraphy in our secret Facebook group. This means you can practise the choreography at home!
Flexible Options
With our punch cards, you never pay for classes you are not taking. Are you someone who wants to do everything we have to offer? Then we have a special subscription for you too!
Always Fun
We believe sport should be fun and relaxed. No shouthing trainers at Curly Moves. We make jokes and motivate you with a smile!
