You will be exercising with a booty bands as well as with other nice equipment.
40 min long lesson will give you an ultimate workout and already after few trainings you will see it results.

- Woman just after labor (not sooner than 2 months after childbirth).
- People after knees surgery or injuries (not sooner than 1 month after full recovery)
