Join Dance aerobic workshop on Sunday 13th of September at 15.00 in Berlijnplein in Utrecht.
Dance aerobic is a fun and effective way to get fit, burn calories, and get your heart pumping.
Dance aerobic is a whole-body workout, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. A 60-minute dance aerobic class burns between 250 and 500 calories.
It’s a movement and not choreography based training, so no worries if you have problems with remembering sequences, as we will keep it simple.
This workshop is suitable for participants on all fitness levels. Can be attended by participants of any age and gender.
Children from 12+ under the supervision of an adult are also welcome.
